Dan Bejar is the coolest man alive.
Hello Hello
Wow, it has been a while since I’ve been on here. Have I missed anything important?
What I have been up to :
We just found a house for next year! I am very excited to live off campus next year and cook my own meals and stuff like that.
I’ve been to quite a few awesome shows recently, Built to Spill, of Montreal, Silver Mount Zion, Titus Andronicus, as well as a whole bunch of great brass bands and local bands. Titus Andronicus was the one I enjoyed the most, I’ve gotta say. They were so incredibly energetic and really having a great time on stage. That, combined with awesome music of corse, just makes a show so much better.
What I have been listening to recently:
A lot of Jawbreaker, surprisingly. Maybe it’s my fucking punk rocker of a boyfriend that I’ve been hanging around, but I’ve really really been into them recently. He also showed me Algernon Cadwallader, which sounds a lot like Cap’n Jazz, which is in no way a bad thing.
I’ve also been listening to a lot of Soul Music still, in particular a few of the Numero Group Eccentric Soul Compilations which I found in the radio station recently. They are just wonderful.
And David Bowie. So much David Bowie.

I have 10 hours, 26 minutes and 22 seconds of Destroyer on my computer.
Challenge accepted?
I just love Dan Bejar so much. The beer in one hand and orange in the other never fails to transform me into a ridiculous screaming fan girl.
